Synopsis
International Computer Driving Licence: Using the Computer and Managing Files shows users how to start, shut down, and restart the computer; display system and desktop information and online help; work with icons and windows; organize files and folders; and edit and print data.

This course describes how to meet International Computer Driving Licence (ICDL) objectives on a computer using a Windows operating system. The ICDL test can be taken with any application and although this course demonstrates a specific system/application, the tasks it teaches can be applied to other applications as well.

Audience
This course is for those who have never used a computer and those who have some computer experience but no formal qualification proving their knowledge or skills. It is also for those preparing to take the International Computer Driving Licence examination.
